The team’s
Asian touch with a hint of Mexican. Mieko will be your first guide and will introduce
you to the Banyan Tree world. Her promptness to reply and her willingness to

marvelous trainees! We would be lost without them. Brenda is from Guadalajara
and has brought her knowledge in mixology to enlighten us and make this blog
much more fun. Ana Lucía is from Peru and her previous experience in Switzerland
